This hotel has a great location next to all kinds of tourist attractions, restaurants, and public and tourist transportation.

The customer service was excellent and everyone was around when I needed them. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our room daily.

The room size is perfect. As a minimalist, I enjoyed the size. I liked that the room had a bath tub.

The breakfast buffet is slightly more expensive than most but it does have a good selection. The food was fresh and always readily replaced.

One of our favorite hotels in Madrid! Amazing location. Very modern hotel with a warm cozy feel. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great boutique hotel, off the main big road so pretty quiet but only a block away from the shops and happening. This is especially important at night when the city is being cleaned all night with loud trash trucks and power wash cleaning crews. Nobody ever thinks about this when booking a hotel in a big city in Europe.

Very nice Hotel. Pretty and excellent service. Staff was excellent and location perfect.

Don’t go to Madrisol, it’s dirty, elevator stinks and staff is doubtful, they don’t give you real names. And worst part make staff is improper and supervisor protects him.

Worst experience ever. Super loud hotel. Constant banging and noise by staff/cleaning crew at all hours. Terrible WiFi. TVs so small it’s not worth watching anything on. Google chrome cast is a huge pain and doesn’t connect. For the price I’m beyond disappointed.
