It was a great meal, but not a truly remarkable one. Everything was fresh and well executed, but the umami wasn’t there. Loved the design of the place and the service.

Noi is a fantastic restaurant located in a beautiful part of the city.
The idea of the chef Gianni Pinto is to bring in town the concept of italian cuisine with contaminations and innovations from his travels.
Totally recommended the tasting menu.
We didn’t pair wines but beers are great as well, that’s for sure!
Same goes with the gin tonic offered at the end of the meal.
The list of dishes would be too long to write down here but for sure I still recall the ”Tonno tonnato”, the tagliolini with squids and the fantastic parmigiana in a totally new and never tried way (no need for a knife!).
Service is already at the Michelin stars level!

Delicious way of tasting classic Italian dishes in a “new” way. Good portions and very tasteful.

Best premium Italian restaurant in Madrid.
The tonnato was in my opinion the best dish, absolutely to die for. The parmigiana was creamy, airy and the aubergine very crunchy. The spaghetti alle vongole are surprising as they taste of the vongole but you can't find the texture of one in your mouth. The tiramisu was very light.

Definitely recommend.

Great food. The pasta was delicious and the wine (great options by the glass) were fantastic. My only complaint is they give you bread and water without asking if you want it or telling you it's not complimentary and then charge for it. It's not expensive but it's a matter of principle. Barring that small detail, the overall experience was amazing.
