I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, the food, the experience, the wine - this was a truly special experience. The setting was intimate, the service was absolutely impeccable, and the food was some of the best I have ever had. Not a single dish in this tasting menu missed. I had the vegetarian menu, and it was absolutely incredible. The lentil dish is something I will dream about. The chef and staff were all friendly and encouraged us to ask questions.

The food was also shockingly affordable for the luxury you received - 115 euro for an 11 course Michelin tasting menu. I would eat here every month if I lived in this city.

I cannot recommend this experience enough. I look forward to watching this restaurant grow and hope to return to it next time I’m in Madrid!

Very unusual and interesting experience. Multi course Japanese cuisine fixed tasting menu with interesting variety of flavours, each course introduced in detail by Luis, our host. Seating in a line along a bar (in front of the kitchen) with space for just 12 diners is great for two max three people but as a group of 6 it was not ideal. Also best for savouring the delicate flavours of the menu versus a social dinner, especially at the price point of €140 per head including 4 bottles of wine between 6. A great concept but seating needs to be reconfigured if a bigger audience is to be accommodated.

Incredible restaurant concept.
The restaurant only seats a maximum of ~8 people. There is a staff of 3. All food is prepared and served by the chef and he encourages discussion of each dish while they are prepared in front of you.
The menu has a Japanese influence but is by no means a Japanese menu. The ingredients are sourced locally and the menu is contemporary without bias toward a particular cuisine. It is a lengthy tasting menu and no dish disappointed.
I don’t know how the chef is able to make this setup work financially. The meal is not cheap, but considering the intimate experience, it is a bargain. Get here before this chef gains more recognition.
