An excellent surprise. The meal began with a series of small moments (such as tofu, squid, or octopus) served accompanied by other ingredients that only added to the experience, almost all dishes well-balanced, with some of them lingering in memory.

The second part of the meal consisted of nigiris, where I highlight the fact that three types of seasonings were used in the rice, which paired very well with the different types of fish, and the quality of the fish itself.

Good desserts. Exclusive ambiance (the place only has 6 seats) yet relaxed enough to focus on what matters: the food.

Chef Teddy is one of the kindest and most talented chefs I’ve met. My experience here was outstanding, and I’m so glad I chose to visit while in Madrid.
