Our stay at The Palace Luxury Collection Madrid was absolutely fantastic!
We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade upon check-in, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is both new and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special thanks to Gianmarco and Alejandro from the reception and concierge team—they were exceptionally attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend The Palace Luxury Collection Madrid and look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful and centric location. The hotel was recently updated and it looks great! We  visited with our almost 2 yr old and noticed the hotel is not super child friendly. The entrance to the hotel has several steps which becomes an obstacle with a stroller. The shower and bathroom is not ideal for a curious toddler. Others have noted it is a labyrinth to the rooms due to the building shape.

The hotel just completed a comprehensive renovation and a name change only a week ago, making it even more luxurious. The rooms are updated, high-tech, and modern, while keeping a charming feel. Breakfast in the lobby is AMAZING each morning, with many options ranging from an omelet station to donuts. The public areas are very nice, except for the fitness center, which I thought was very dated. I could tell it hadn’t been renovated. Another tiny complaint I have is the lack of Chromecast support on room TVs for how high-tech the rooms are otherwise. Also, there is only one TV in the bar. Not ideal for watching a football game. The final complaint I have is the elevators, which seem old, squeaky, and slow. With some tiny fixes, this hotel could be a bit better, but I believe this hotel is very much the best place to stay in Madrid.

I Honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel, let alone the City of Madrid.

The level of customer service is unbelievable. Gabriel was the one that shined the most from answering questions about Madrid to making sure our needs were met from check in to check out.

Even though the hotel is currently under renovation, you really have to dismiss it given their level of customer service. I am fairly certain this will all be completed and WE WILL be returning. The friendliness is just too good to not do so. HIGHLY  RECOMMEND

If you are coming to Madrid, you really need to give this place a look as you will NOT be disappointed

Definitely going down as my top hotel stay of all time and I have had some impressive stays.
