We recently stayed three nights in a delux room
With breakfast. I had read positive reviews but everything exceeded my expectations, very comfortable room excellent shower. Bar superb as is the restaurant both for breakfast and the one time we ate on the night. Staff are very friendly and offer a brilliant level of service (big thanks to concierge Luis) Highly recommended

The hotel is located in a beautiful district of Salamanca, and the design is very stylish, nice furniture, the lobby bar is beautiful.

The room itself is alright. However I do not think that the price per night : to the quality of the stay.

No dedicated smoking area, breakfast is a La carte.

Best Location ever... Everything in this Hotel was amazing except for one thing: The rooms are not properly Sound Insulated.... But I'll def stay there whenever I visit Madrid!!!

The staff is NOT friendly and they do the minimum required. It’s a shame. It’s a cute hotel and very well located but the rooms are super small and the decor is dark so they even seem smaller. Price point is high compared to other nearby properties. Will not stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located, well appointed and has all the perks we hoped for. It was one of the saving graces in Madrid. I was not expecting people to be so dismissive of visitors to this city- live & learn. However, this hotel and it's amazing staff made the whole trip worthwhile. The front desk staff were so attentive & helpful. The room attendants tended to every detail, every time & without fail. I could not have asked for better service.
The gym is a small spot but to be expected for a small, boutique hotel.
The restaurant next door, El Pimiento Verde, supplies the hotel with food and drink whether for room service or at the bar. The food & drinks were magnificent!
