We had a great time here Robuchon .The cocktails were amazing, the food was incredible, and everything was just perfect. The atmosphere was so lovely—it truly made the experience unforgettable. Imanoz was serving us , such a nice and cute guy 🤍😊🤍 we felt in love !

Beautiful bistrot with a unique concept—local cuisine with a JL twist. The space is stunning, and the team works hard to create a welcoming experience. I rarely leave critical reviews, but I hope this feedback can be helpful. I also shared my thoughts with the team at the time, but unfortunately, it didn’t feel like the feedback was acknowledged or taken on board.

While the menu lacked excitement for me (a subjective opinion), the bigger issue was the execution. The Milanese was dry, overcooked, and over-seasoned, which was disappointing. Similarly, the fish dish fell short—a poor choice of produce with two thin fillets that were impossible to crisp properly, leading to overcooking.

On top of that, there was an issue with the wine service. One of the glasses arrived with sip marks and wasn’t properly polished. While the staff replaced it promptly, they threw away a full glass of wine from our bottle in the process and didn’t replace it until I had to complain. This is basic service and should have been handled proactively.

It’s clear there’s potential here, but these basics need to be addressed to deliver the experience the concept and setting promise.

Excellent!  We loved every dish we had -- favorites were the Galician pulpi and the onion soup.  The breads were outstanding, too.  We went twice in one week.

A very very beautiful place, nice different areas with different ambience, great service. Though no aperitif or detail was served (no Madrid style:). The food didn’t amaze, I was expecting more taste from tarte tatin for instance. Probably other deserts are better.
