El menú es muy vistoso pero creo que sería recomendable añadir algún plato caliente aparte del principal, todos los entrantes y postre fríos no parece muy adecuado para el invierno. Eso sí, la presentación y servicio son espectaculares,  así como las elaboraciones y sabores de los platos. La sala también estaba un poco fría y sonaba todo el tiempo el mismo villancico en bucle, me parece que son aspectos a mejorar para llegar a la categoría que se pretende.

The menu is very attractive but I think it would be advisable to add some hot dishes apart from the main one, all the cold starters and desserts do not seem very suitable for winter. Of course, the presentation and service are spectacular, as well as the preparation and flavors of the dishes. The room was also a little cold and the same Christmas carol played on a loop all the time, it seems to me that these are aspects that need to be improved to reach the desired category.
