I stayed here for 5 nights
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room cleaners are also very nice and friendly and do a great job.  Room was fine with everything you could need. The shower was a bit difficult to get temperature correct, very slight of a turn between scalding hot and cold. We used the hotel bar which was good value, however we didn't eat in the hotel as it seemed very expensive, not even for breakfast which would have been 25 euro per person. The hotel is in an excellent location. My only complaint is that it was a struggle to get a spot by the pool a couple of the days we were there. Overall, a pleasant hotel and staff are great.

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel 5 days for our holiday. Great location, we book room with sea view from the balcony. The room was clean, everyday cleaning service and water and all amenities you need were provided. The hotel has two pools and one dry sauna, where we liked to spend time, we also booked spa, where more saunas, jacuzzis. It’s great, relaxing, and staff friendly and polite. We will come back there, and recommend our friends.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff.
Really lovely breakfast which was a good balance of continental/Spanish style food. Great location, very central to centre and beach and it's very safe walking about in the evenings.
Downsides:
- Expensive parking (over €19 a day!) I think they should allow guests to book cheaper or free parking in advance.
- noisy because rooms not soundproof at all-- woken up constantly by banging doors, furniture being dragged around by we think the cleaners doing room service at around 8-9am

Check in was easy, location was perfect for us being close to the beach and places to eat. Very quiet hotel, comfy huge beds, maids came every day, all areas of the hotel were very clean. All the staff were cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Reception staff really helpful, checkout was quick and easy, young lady on reception booked our taxi to the airport, nothing was too much trouble.

Overall experience was great - lovely room , fantastic view and welcoming staff. The hotel itself is fantastic. The only downfall for me was the loud music until 4am from the beach area which could be heard even with the doors and heavy curtains closed.
