We loved our overnight stay at VIVOOD hotel. It was so relaxing and peaceful even without using the spa. The dinner was delicious and we also enjoyed being able to walk to the guadalest reservoir and back. The highlight for us was watching a shooting star from our cabin, a memory we will cherish 💫

We did not stay at the hotel but enjoyed a fantastic spa treatment by Moses and Agatha! Thank you so much. We are still talking about it three days later. It was one of the best massages we ever had and we loved having some mother-daughter time. We will be back! ☺️

We had a lovely stay at Vivood. The location and views are gorgeous and serene, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was delicious.

I especially appreciated the full-length sliding windows in our room - what a great feature in a beautiful area!

There are a couple of things that surprised me:
- no door on the shower/sink room, especially considering that the placement of the room door allows you to see the shower area when the room door is open. Even a curtain would be nice.
- no robes, which most places I’ve stayed of this caliber provide, especially to wear from the room to the pool and/or spa

We stayed in the standard room, not a suite, but at this price point and luxury level I would have expected those details to be thought of for all guests.

Beautiful hotel nestled in stunning valley. Hotel was built to really take in the natural setting. The pool area featured 2 infinity pools. The restaurant was very good for our dinner. The grounds are really well designed to minimize footprint on the mountain.

Unfortunately this hotel has a few things to fix to make it a 5 star experience. The breakfast was not good. Which was strange given how good dinner was. The interior design of the hotel is a little cold and looks a bit like an minimalist office. The rooms don't have any elements of decor. No rugs no art no accent pillows. This was really a shame. Finally the service was not excellent. There seemed to be a lot of staff that was still under training lowering a little bit the quality of the experience. Also seating in restaurant and pool area was a bit crammed which removed from peacefulness and serene intimacy of the hotel setting.

Overalls great place and great stay and can be improved!

We spent a wonderful day at this hotel. Exceptional landscapes, a quiet and relax atmosphere. At the same time there are things which should be improved. Cosmetic fixes are required in rooms, water in villa’s pool is far from clean, no bathrobes (which is weird). Personal is kind and nice but their English should be improved (pool bar service). These nuances could be ignored if price would be not about 1k per night. I would like to return to this wonderful place.
