The room and hotel is perfectly serviceable for our short stay, and seems generally clean.  However be aware it is a fairly cramped space, and small details make some things very inconvenient, such as no hooks to put any of the towels, the reception hours are few if you need any help, and it was the only hotel we stayed at during our trip that didn't leave an extra roll of tp in the room. We had to find it ourselves in the hallway after asking for one to be left and not receiving one. But, the bed is comfortable and the check in and check out process can be hands off and therefore convenient for off-hour arrival and departures.

When I arrived and there wasn't anyone there..I had to stand outside until someone came in ..I couldn't reach any staff to get a key finally received a call through what's app after over an hour how to get the key and go in...the room was extremely small and even with the ac running for over 20 min it was still very hot, no refrigerator either and I choose the more expensive room / the gazebo.....after being in the room for less than 45 min I decided to leave. It was nothing like I expected...they refused to give me a refund and I called multiple times..I will continue to call because this place was a complete joke....don't stay here not worth the money at all.

Nice small hotel for short stays. Our room was clean, functional with interesting decor. There is a small reception area with helpful staff.
The hotel is located in a good position and is surrounded by classic buildings with an abundance of bars, resteraunts, cafes, shops and takeouts very close by. There is also an abundance of classic buildings, churches, galleries and museums close by.

There is a cafebar that is directly next to the hotel that can be a bit noisy from around 7:30 am for around 30 minutes while it is being opened up Monday to Saturday.

I feel the hotel was good value and I would use again for a short break.

They steal wonderbox money !!!
When u exchange the box for a night in the hotel they create all sorts of excuse to push your reservation for +6 months later. When there are no excuses left anymore, they dont answer to your emails, they hang up the phone call while you are talking and do not pick up again.
It’s absurd!!!
They are not honest and do not deserve new guests. If you are reading this, please stay away from it! There are plenty of other places in Valencia run by honest people and this is not one of them.

The staff is horrible. They are sitting at the reception to chat and lie to you. We were not given the room that showed on our hooking. Instead they gave us a room which had no doors in their washrooms. The staff threatened to kick us out when we raised a concern. I would not give them half a star lso
