Excellent location,  just off the main square and less than 10 minutes walk from the train station.
We booked a premium room, well worth it for the kettle,  thank Catalonia,  this is unusual in Spain but very welcome.
The shower was amazing!!
Despite there being major renovations on site, the whole hotel appeared to be very clean.
Staff were extremely helpful.
Only negative was that the room was supposed to have bathrobes, and despite asking for some, they never arrived.  But this is only a small niggle
Would we stay again......definitely!

I had a good time at this hotel. It offers great value for the price and is in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors, which is a drawback. Despite that, I would stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay. It was my first time in Valencia. The trip was a solo trip so I felt a bit nervous. The personal made me feel at ease and taken care of. I even got a mini wine tasting at the restaurant! Thank you and maybe I will be back this December. Kr, Nina Perveen

As a business owner I have to recommend to replace the front of house staff, quite possible the rudest I have experienced.  How Sonia the manager is in her position with her customer skill set is beyond me, we checked into another hotel and so happy we did!

Clean and Comfortable lodging near the main historic area of downtown Valencia - the rooms do have air conditioning however it takes a few days for it to chill room down. Great location, across from a small cocktail bar where you can meet all sorts of travelers from around the world.
