What a gem in Valencia. Get reservations here.  Everything was fantastic. I only had one dish, a tuna dish that was too
much meat for the plate, not my favorite. But the tuna was incredibly fresh and the flavors were spot on. The wine list, service, ambiance, and presentation deserve every bit of acclaim. Highly recommend.

As a former chef & sommelier, I must say this is a hidden gem! 💎 everything was so delicate, well-balanced and successfully executed. Genuine, honest, Quality, technical cooking and most importantly nourishing. Dishes are
