If you're reading this and you don’t speak Spanish, here’s a heads-up: the translated menus have the same dishes but are organized differently under “To Share/Starter” and “Main.” It’s a good idea to double-check whether a dish is meant as a starter, sharing portion, or main course.

The restaurant is stylishly decorated and well-insulated from the noise of the (busy) street outside. Everyone has to ring the bell to enter, which keeps the door from opening every five minutes, an added touch that makes the experience more comfortable.

The service was outstanding, very friendly and attentive staff.

For a place named “JamonJamon,” the menu is surprisingly varied.

Some highlights: the foie gras is excellent, as is the “Iberian Bacon” and the “Galician Beef Sirloin Steak Tartar.”

On the downside, the “Pink Tomato Salad” didn’t impress us at all, lots of volume but not much flavor. I’d recommend skipping it to save room for better dishes.

One note of caution: check your bill at the end. We were overcharged (€42 instead of €27) for the wine, even though the name of the wine on the bill was correct. I’m sure it was just a simple mistake, but it’s always good to double-check.

Fantastic dining experience. The pork belly was so tender and juicy, plus the French Fries were perfect. For dessert, the Apple Tart was exceptional, and made me want to lick the plate clean! 🤘🏻

Maybe it was the chilly February air or just to keep things a bit mysterious, but we had to ring a bell to get in. Then the curtain parted, the door swung open, and we stepped into this cozy little spot that absolutely nails the art of good food. Starters? We kicked off with their quirky take on Patatas Bravas—crisp and bold—and the Foie Micuit, this silky duck liver soaked in sweet Valencian Mistela wine, served with fig jam and toasted artisan bread. Unreal.

For the main event, we went with two dishes: the Tender Iberian bacon cooked sous-vide, paired with a velvety orange and carrot cream, and the Slow-cooked Iberian pork cheek in a rich Valencian red wine sauce, sitting pretty on roasted pumpkin purée. Both were delicious, but that sous-vide bacon? It melted in our mouths like butter—it was next-level. We ate like royalty here, and honestly, we’d tell anyone to check this place out. JamónJamón is a must-visit!

This place was such a treat! I love how intimate the interior is, it felt so cozy and romantic inside. The food was excellent, I had the Presa Ibérica which was cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Cheesecake for dessert melts in your mouth, so good. Sam, my waiter, was so attentive and helpful. He kept a close eye on the whole restaurant and no one needed to wait more than a few seconds to place their order or get more wine. Definitely will return!

Our visit to Jamon Jamon in Valencia was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped inside, the romantic and warm atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

We started with the pink tomatoes and beans with Iberian ham—a beautifully simple yet flavor-packed dish. The tomatoes were sweet and juicy, perfectly complemented by the tender beans and the rich, savory notes of the Iberian ham.

For mains, we savored the iberian pork cheeks and the seared octopus, both of which were cooked to perfection. The pork cheeks were incredibly tender, melting in the mouth with every bite, and paired with a sauce that was rich and full-bodied. The octopus was equally impressive—succulent, with a delightful char that elevated its flavor profile to new heights.

To end the meal, we indulged in the blueberry  cheesecake, which was creamy, smooth, and a perfect finale to our culinary journey.

The service was outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff clearly took pride in ensuring every detail of the evening was perfect.

Jamon Jamon is a must-visit for those seeking delicious food, impeccable service, and a romantic dining experience in Valencia. Highly recommended!
