Dear ladies and gentlemen,

We have been guests at your hotel since 17 January 2025. We booked through EasyHolidays.
Basically, you fulfil the expected standards of a Leading Hotel of the World, but so far not much beyond that - as we have unfortunately experienced.

We had booked THIS hotel precisely because of the expected standard, but also and mainly because of your designated spa area. However, this was closed without replacement during our entire stay, which we were told very dispassionately at check-in.

Two weeks ago, we asked your reservations office whether it might be possible to upgrade to a room facing the lake free of charge as part of our booking. We never received an answer.
At check-in, we asked the receptionist about this, but again, there was no regret about the lack of a response. There are standards for the time it takes to respond to customer enquiries - at least among your numerous competitors.

At this point at the latest, the offer of an upgrade would have been appropriate due to the lack of primary performance spa and the lack of a response.
Instead, this employee offered us the upgrade for €60 per night. Very, very inappropriate if she had any sense of quality hospitality.

Overall, we also thought the entire check-in procedure was far too long. We had booked through a tour operator and they had all the information. At least we got through better at the airports.
20 minutes check-in after a long day is too long.

The room looking at the beach and the sea was spectacular. Morning coffee on the terrace and the sea breeze were magical. The room was comfortable and elegant. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Housekeeping was perfect!

The breakfast is solid with great choices. The only area that could use some improvement was the restaurant food for dinner. It did not quite reflect the quality of the resort. It was not bad, but it was not anything memorable. On the positive side, there are options within walking distance.

I look forward to returning!

Fantastic location, on the one hand right by the sea, on the other - not too far from the center.
Very nice, professional staff. Delicious breakfasts.
The room, although with a view of the city, was very quiet.
Generally everything at the highest level.

Excellent location to beach. Very warm genuine welcome each day by staff at lobby and restaurant.  Good coffee in rooms, large bath towels. Pool and gym are top too.

Overall a very good experience. The service was amazing. Nice facilities (pool,gym,spa). The restaurant was top notch. Easy access to the beach. Two minor points. The room was a little small. Wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that the bathroom was of equal size. And more importantly, I found it bizarre that a premium hotel like this would charge for parking even though there is ample free public parking just next to the hotel. And one extra point. Like so many hotels in premium destinations they still haven't managed to solve the problem with guests waking up early in the morning, leaving their towels at the chaises lounges at the pool only to disappear for hours and depriving honest guests of their time at the pool. This is so true of many establishments in this part of the world (Spain, France, Italy, Greece). People without decorum just claiming a spot for the whole day. That being said, the hotel should try to dissuade this behavior.
