Great free museum. The permanent collection is phenomenal and well laid out. Also, the modern architecture renovations really add to the interior space of this historic building. The open air courtyards really add to the experience as well. J Sorolla’s collection stood out as a must see!

All in all, I recommend going to this museum. Even if you’re just passing through for an hour or so.

This museum is massive, with a very impressive collection of beautiful artworks, and free entry too!

After exploring the old town, this is a great way to spend half a day if you're looking for something interesting yet inexpensive to do.

There are small lockers on-site, operated with refundable €1 coins.

This museum is cool. Their lobby has 4 huge paintings with the statues. They have good collections of Sorolla and Goya. Also the admission is free!

A beautiful experience of art depicted with figures from the Roman Catholic Church. It reminded me of the Vatican with its extensive collection of Christian portrayals. There’s a strong sense of religious royalty and the son of God and the holy family. I have to favorite pieces that are shown in my photo collection that appeal to me greatly.

The fact that there was no charge for the museum is quite astounding and assured me that true works of beauty are timeless and priceless. The garden in the center yard was itself a work of art.

Lovely permanent collection beautifully curated and displayed. Enjoyed the temporary exhibition with its very detailed description of the artist. Lovely welcome at the front desk, and farewell. Very clean bathrooms. The Gallery is a credit to Valencia. It is free to visit and the air conditioning is excellent (a very hot day).
