I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my time in the city. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city; it was ideally situated for walking around and seeing the sights. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and made my experience even better.
However, there was an issue with my reservation. Despite having correspondence with the reservations department and receiving confirmation that my booking dates had been changed, my reservation was not found upon my arrival. Fortunately, thanks to the wonderful lady at the reception, the situation was quickly resolved, and everything was sorted out.
There was also a slight issue with an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, coming from the shower area. It was a bit off-putting, but other than that, everything else was fine.
One thing to note is the hotel’s mandatory deposit policy, which could be a bit inconvenient for guests staying longer than I did. While I understand the reasoning behind it, it’s something potential guests should be aware of in advance.
Overall, I had a lovely stay, and the location and the friendly service made it a memorable trip. Despite the minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great staff.

We stayed at Novotel Valencia during Fallas and it was honestly the perfect choice. The location is super convenient — easy to get around the city and close to all the action, but still quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. A huge thanks to Alfonso for always checking in to make sure we were comfortable.

The breakfast was great as well.

Highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Valencia.

Stayed here for a night and enjoyed our time. The hotel is brand new and everything was in a very good condition, from the lobby and bar to the room and showers. Arturo at check-in was amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. One star less because (a) there was a funny smell in the room and (b) while the website claims parking is free you in fact have to pay 15 euros a night (see screenshot of the Accor app). We would stay here again though.

Everything was more then perfect. We were In 933 and the room was very comfortable and clean. But the most impressing thing is the staff! All of them a very polite and caring. Special thanks to Carolina, who has great attitude with excellent professionalism. Also thanks to Jose who is very friendly and smiling person! I am sure that this hotel will become one of the best one in town!

Let me start with the positives of my stay at this hotel. In my opinion, the breakfasts are some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. There’s a very wide selection of fresh and delicious products. I must also praise the service; Mr. Arturo demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

The hotel’s location is fantastic! There’s a metro station right next to the hotel, which takes you to the city center in just 10-15 minutes. For those who prefer to walk, it’s only a 20-minute walk, and there’s a bike station right next to the hotel. Behind the hotel, there’s a shopping mall.

Unfortunately, there were a few downsides that affected my overall opinion, but since the hotel is newly opened, they may still need time to address these issues. First of all, there was a terrible smell in the room coming from the bathroom pipes. Unfortunately it lingered, so we had to keep airing out the room. The room also wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly. I think the cleaning staff could spend a bit more time in the rooms.
Also it seems the hotel was opened in a rush, as there were many unfinished details in the room after construction.

I hope the owner takes customer feedback to heart because the hotel has a lot of potential

Till att börja med: det är Valencia (huvudstaden) men TripAdvisor inte ge mig möjlighet att säga att det är i Valencia. Det här stället är på toppen (12th) våningen i ExpoHotel Valencia. Det verkar som att alla dessa år stället var bara en liten kiosk som säljer drycker och glass för personer som använder pool på taket på hotellet. De renoverade utsidan del. Och jag säger "utanför" eftersom toaletterna är gamla och smutsiga. Ska åka tillbaka till "terraza" satte de nice bord och bekväma stolar. Menyn är vanligt grundläggande: sallader och burguers. Det finns inte någon barnmeny. Desserter: brownies, cheesecake och glass. Cocktails: de har ett stort utbud av drycker. De flesta av dem kostar 8.50€ i öl 3 €. Bra musik. Min sista min farbrors rekommendation: Det här stället är bra om du vill tillbringa din sommar Valencian nätter efter att ha drycker med utsikt över staden. (Jag kommer att lägga upp bilder). Om du håller med om.
