I have one lunch and two dinner here. The main dishes are very good (beef steak, Lamb and fish). Pumpkin soup is delicious and bread & tomato spread are fantastic (if add little chili will be much nicer). Need to improve starter menu (green salad or salad without protein), desert options (too sweet) and coffee. Restaurant manager Christina is nice to change the stater for me so I can get a good salad dish.

Breakfast: too much bread. I wish to have veggie omelette (not an option).

Service is good in general. They try to accommodate customers’ need.

We stayed at the hotel Hospes Palau Del La Mar and had breakfast and dinner here, I would say buffet breakfast choice are limited , for 3 course dinner , we had cod fritters which I found it a bit salty, tomato soup was a bit sour, for the main course I had Hake with green sauce, I found it a bit bland, overall it was okay, waiter was very friendly and polite.

Had a wonderful dinner here!  Nicely presented food but most importantly delicious. The chef is talented and service is excellent. The restaurant is comfortable and quietly contemporary, not overly formal. Good acoustics; you can actually have a conversation. If you are a lover of fine cuisine, I would make time for Ampar.

Really amazing food and excellent service. I highly recommend the dates corequetas with jamon on top, the crusty is just perfect, especially if accompanied with a mineral and fruity white wine. To carry on, we had the T-bone with galician sauce, just amazing 😋. My friend had the tuna and it was very fresh and tasty. Finally the deserts are very original, especially the black forest cake. A very nice evening thanks to the waiter, waitress and cook. Thank you very much !!!

A great way to spend our last night in Valencia. Amazing food, wonderful staff who were attentive but not intrusive and passionate about their local produce.  We loved it here and cannot recommend it highly enough.
