Vi har varit här en gång, men varje gång vi har passerat, var restaurangen tom, inte en enda kund inuti. Jag vet inte varför, eftersom de har bra recensioner. Vi valde dagens meny: Medelhavssallad (ok), stekt fisk av dagen (lite för stekt för att vara ärlig), hummer paella (läcker) och dessert (hemskt, vi skrattade ens om hur hemskt det var - jag Jag har bättre tårta från snabbköpet), allt för 18 euro. Nu, om jag tänker på det, var det mycket mat, men bara hummerpaella var värt det, så du kanske vill hoppa över de andra. Servitören var inte vänlig alls, men åtminstone var han inte irriterande. Hela atmosfären var lite konstig som vi var de enda kunderna från början till slutet av vår måltid.

Vi kom hit just på grund vi ville prova paellan. Det var jättegott! Restaurangen var livlig med människor som verkade vara stammisar. En av servitörerna var mycket vänlig, men den andre var gränsen går oförskämd ... Verkade han förargad över att vara där och var riktigt avvisande av oss vilket var synd eftersom maten var bra.

Capricho är ett gammalt etablerat spansk restaurang, de var i flera år på strandpromenaden vid Penon och förra året öppnade upp igen i staden. Utan tvekan de serverar de bästa med paella jag har haft i Valencia och jag har bott här i 12 år. De flesta paella utgör fabrikens gjorde och så svårt att laga såväl som en god risotto. Det är ganska billigt också.

Det här är min andra gång här. Första gången var med min hustru i veckan för lunch. (Vi bor runt en timmes bilresa bort)andra gången toppas först med bra mat, bra service och mycket vänlig. Idag är jag här med min i lagar eftersom det är mors dag. Paellan var bara fantastisk och med min familj kommer från Valencia som säger något. Jag hade en biff och det var mycket bra. Förrätter var vitlök räkor och ångade musslor. Både otroligt. Husets vin var också otroligt bra för det priset. Alla i för fyra var 106 €. Ett måste besöka om du är nära Calpe

Jag åkte hit - uppmuntrade av recensioner på Tripadvisor - på en lördag runt 9:00 och var stället övergiven när jag kom. Jag hade passerat det av ett par gånger på tidigare dagar runt Spanska vid lunchtid och det hade varit lika tomt, i motsats till den plats nästa dörr ringde Al Andaluz där det var trångt. Aldrig ett gott tecken. Jag hade paella mezclada och tyckte det ganska genomsnittligt och alltför salt. Den servitör var otrevlig även om jag klarar av att tala 800 ganska bra Spanska. När jag frågade om min räkning jag var tvungen att vänta på lite lång tid. När jag lämnade något efter 10:00 restaurangen var fortfarande inte ens halvfullt. Jag kan inte rekommendera detta ställe.
