Jag har varit i många händelser här av olika slag och kvaliteten på mat och service är av en konsekvent hög standard. Jag har också anordnat ett antal evenemang där Carrasco har varit platsen. Rosanna och hennes team, främst familjen, är utmärkta, de gör verkligen allt för att säkerställa att varje händelse är framgångsrik och ge en nivå av stöd som är imponerande minst sagt, tar allt i deras steg och går ofta utöver vad som är rimligt att förvänta. Vilken orealistisk händelse och plats. Enorma bil Park, en välkommen av varmt väl presenterade personal som tagits till och utanför terrassen område för drycker och tapas. All utmärkt kvalitet. Inuti gjort till bara en hög kvalitet och maten var av högklassig restaurangstil särskilt biffen. Jag har aldrig varit i ett bröllop som det. Ran för att släta hela dagen.
