Although we only had a small bite here, it was outstanding. The lightly brined fresh anchovies in a citrus garum sauce were amazing, as was the nice view over the water through the large windows. Well worth a visit.

Just wow! Best food, best views, best service in the entire city. We had the 7 course tasting menu with wine gifted to us for a 30th anniversary present.  What a wonderful night, check it out, you won’t be disappointed. Right on the river near the beautiful bridge between the 2 parts of the city.

Just a confusing restaurant experience. The only flame thing about it was that you can taste the gas range on each dish. Except the dessert; which had no flame element. The marinated anchovies and cod were really good, not burnt w gas. The staff were dressed in pajamas and made zero effort to offer water nor any explanations of the dishes. Every few minutes they'd burn sage on the brisket which all but ruined the flavour of every other tables' dish. I don't think this concept can be redeemed.

Delicious locally sourced and seasonal food. The concept of the fire was great to witness and the fire flavour came through in every bite. The food was delicious and the service was superb. Thank you. The artichokes and pumpkin desserts were the highlight of the meal!

What an amazing place. The epitome of seasonal food. We enjoyed many well prepared local basque seasonal foods. We all felt lucky to have enjoyed the chef's food. The staff was exceptional. Be sure to make a reservation to ensure you don't miss out.
