I had just arrived and had no clue where I was in relation to things I wanted to do.
Stopped for a vino and then had a bite to eat. Delicious. For dinner I chose freshly made pintxos - went with the beef cheek, the foie with apple and a cheeky light risotto. Washed that down with yummy vino blanco and finished off with a coffee and vermut.
As a solo traveller there was a lovely table for two that was near the front door that gave me the best view of both the interior and the tables outside under the impressive walkway/colannade.
It was a lively introduction to San Sebastián.

It's a typical local bar with a short but very tasty selection of pintxos. If you have more time, book a table and stay for a full meal. I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Very fast service!

Delicious gluten free meal with gluten free beer as well and the most delicious roll I have ever had. Amazing service and very friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend for the travelling Coeliac 😀

Best place in town for an amazing breakfast. Started with beer and negroni with pintxos in the first morning. The smoked anguilla and the truffled churros with egg are top notch dishes but then you have lot of other options . Callos y morros is amazing, so are the veal checks in red wine

Very good pintxos, I really enjoyed the calientes. With a view of the cathedral, which at the time of writing is a bit obstructed by construction works. Nice and helpful staff. Recommended.
