I organised a long weekend for mature  guys 8 of us
We had city view rooms
We heard no noise from other guests or much traffic noise
Rooms comfortable nice bathroom
Good breakfast , great location
Outstanding staff in breakfast the bar reception and housekeeping . I dealt with reception a number of times and they Could not of been more helpful . Their English was good as well . Great outside bar area
So congratulations to the General Manager on hiring such good staff !!

This is a very nice place to stay in the place is right next to the beach the rooms are also nice but could be a little bit bigger service was also really nice and they also had a really cool elevator

Single room is very small for the price and very very noisy - you can hear the noise from the rooms next to you and above, you can hear the people in the corridor and the noise of the lift doors being opened and closed. Doors also let light in from the corridor and the "interior pateo" is a dark shaft between building.
The good of all this, is the location.

Fantastic Location – right on the the beach of San Sebastian! Lovely lobby, comfortable room and wonderful customer service. Restaurant with ocean view. Close to Old Town and all those great restaurants! No car needed – bus lines one block away. Great Value!! Would definitely stay here again!

Think very seriously before you book this hotel. I spent one of the worst nights I have spent in a hotel. Noise from other guests shouting in the corridors at 04.00 in the night, from crowds of people outside talking and shouting until 06.00, and from other rooms because of the poor sound insulation meant virtually no sleep at all. Otherwise make sure you bring a pair of earplugs.
