This hotel is a true gem. We enjoyed our stay very much.  The staff is beyond excellent.  Our rooms were first class with excellent views.  The location is perfect. All four of us agreed that this was an unforgettable visit to San Sabastian partly thanks to this great hotel.

Stylish hotel in a great location. Clean rooms with spectacular views. Hotel staff super friendly and offer a complimentary drink when checking-in. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Location is stunning and so convenient for the old town.
Make sure you take advice from the hotel re parking. If you are in a non Spanish  registered car getting a permit for the low emissions zone is problematic. Plenty of parking outside the zone however.

It really was a five star experience. Despite the very clear driving directions with a YouTube video, we missed the turn on to the private street. Jon who picked up my called gave clear instructions and met us at the end of the street to provide us welcome drinks, provide recommendations and showed us to our apartment. The apartment for our family of four was perfect - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a nice sitting area. We all had space and privacy and the apartment proved to be incredibly quiet despite being in the heart of the old part of town. Highly recommend.

Outstanding stay! We didn’t have a view (well we did of a wall!) but considering we where only using the room to sleep and shower whilst we explored the city it was perfect! Very sizeable room, great shower and good aircon. The location is INCREDIBLE to indulge in the old town. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and look after you and help with organising taxis or providing food recommendations. 10/10 stay! We will be back
