Yesterday I had this amazing gastronomic experience in Almazen with some friends. This place is not only about the high quality of food and the interesting combination of different flavors Beatriz uses in her recipes but a lot more. Almazen is strictly connected to the territory where it is located and its local producers. It's a story about passion and care.
