We were there on the weekend of January 12 and what an Amazing unique experience with food. You'll taste dishes you would never think of or knew could taste so good together!! Our waiter Julian was amazing, super attentive, accommodating, and professional! Definitely an asset to the restaurant, also the food has stories behind them so prepare to have an adventure.

While its location is very odd, right in the middle of an exhibition center, Singular restaurant is quite interesting. It's a kid friendly restaurant where the dishes are particularly full of flavor and carefully balanced. Singular place indeed.
