Beautiful place to capture the entire city of sans Sebastien. If you are coming to visit the aquarium in San Sebastien, take few more steps up and go take some snaps on this this spacious and big terrasse. There is an elevator if you dot. Want to take the stairs. I would suggest take pictures before going into the aquarium because most people visit the aquarium first.
