Wow. We had the BEST time here. It was hard to leave! The staff is amazing. The rooftop is so pretty. The location is both convenient and quiet. The room is spacious and well designed. We were so happy! Stop searching now and just stay here. I suppose the only note is that the rooftop “pool” is more like a pretty design feature, not so useable. But we didn’t mind since we’re more beach people anyway.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel, location, and service. Everything was fabulous start to finish. It is in the perfectly central but quiet part of old town. The staff and room was fabulous. The pool and rooftop as well as the pool were lovely. We truly loved our stay and we cannot want to come back to Palma to stay again. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Palma; look no further.  Thank you to the staff for an incredible stay for our first time on Mallorca.

I stayed at this hotel to celebrate the most important event of my life - proposing to my fiancé. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite and were extremely accommodating. They took time to surprise my fiancé with a beautiful floral arrangement, balloons and champagne while we were getting engaged. They over delivered and were incredibly courteous! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!

Hotel Antigua Palma is one of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are warm and kind people, the rooms are beautiful, the rooftop is a lovely oasis in the centre of the old town, and the attention to details (little daily local snacks left in your room, beautiful spread of Mallorcan food at breakfast, complementary yoga classes on the rooftop, exclusive spa use) is outstanding. I can't wait to return!

(Ps - I'd really recommend booking direct, as they have great direct booking offers on their site. I got early check-in, a bottle of cava, and a discounted room rate for booking directly through them!)

Awesome location, in the middle of the old town, walkable to everything you need to see. Hotel also has parking, but if your driving skill is not so good, might have some troubles.

Staff are super friendly, offers you champagne or water upon arrival, gives a map of local POI, they try hard to make your stay memorable.

Room is a bit small, but it is in the heritage building, I understand. The rooftop bar is a must see, great view, can chill there for hours.

They also offer free spa.

Overall, though I only stayed one night there, it was great and felt my money was well spent.
