A truly unique place of relaxation, located very conveniently so that you are close to everything, but also not too close. You don't have an endless stream of tourist in front of your front door. The pool is nice. The bar is pretty. The interior of the rooms is stylish, not tacky and most importantly, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. If you want to treat yourself, this is a good place to start.

Really beautiful intimate hotel in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The staff are attentive, kind and efficient. The room was immaculate and spacious with wonderful interior design and generous amenities. The gym in the hotel is very small but they give you access to the McFit one block away for free! Plenty of sun around the pool area all day in October. We will definitely be back!

Hello,
For a 5 star hotel, the hotel is understaffed. People were very nice but unfortunately not very knowledgeable on government policy. We were told by calling front desk and on site that it was ok to hop on/off for luggage and pick up, but we still received two fines from the city. Not very friendly location unless you are solely walking.

Where do I even start?! This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed for 7 nights. The service is impeccable. We are Marriott Gold Elite status members and this hotel was exceptional.
Close to everything walking distance- shopping, restaurants, the Cathedral and the port.
Our stay was made even more exceptional because of PEDRO. He treated us like his family members. He went out of his way to book our boat excursion, send us to his favorite restaurants in his city. THANK YOU PEDRO- you made our trip even more amazing. Till we see you again ❤️

This hotel was beautiful and in a great central location in Palma. The staff was excellent, we enjoyed the included breakfast and drinks in the lounge. The rooms are quite small so best fit for a shorter stay.
