A spectacular gastronomic and sensory experience. The atmosphere of the place with its décor and musical setting is magnificent. The food, focusing on local and seasonal produce, is beautifully prepared and presented with some of the tableware designed and handmade by the chef. The menu tells a story and allows you to sample a variety of flavours and textures of the local produce, tastefully prepared and passionately presented by the chef and his great team at the front of the restaurant. Run and owned by Luis Moreno Soto,  the very well-know chef and co-owner of  michelin starred ‘Restaurante Montia’ in San Lorenzo del Escorial,  starts now his more personal project, with  the four base elements, earth, fire, water and air as driving force.

Warm and elegant atmosphere, signature cuisine, slow-cooking, flavours and passion in kitchen and service.
