Amazing, one if my new favorite michelin restaurants. Not pretentious but nice, seasonal, and creative dishes that flow smoothly... don't sleep on Galician wines either!

Great place for getting a taste of Galician food with a twist. Reservations are a must to ensure a spot. Impeccable service. Highly recommended. We hope to go back soon.

The idea to have a 1-Star Michelin affordable is incredible.
Starting from the service and the maitre:incredible! Very careful about anything.
Food is great and even if we went for the cheapest menu, we left rolling.
Compared to "degustation menu" that restaurant usually offer, i definitely rate this one amongst the best.

We had a lunch at Nova in mid-April. The service and the food were excellent, the different fish meals were out standing (tune in three different ways). Nova is a great place for relaxed quality dining.

Went again this year, and again it surpassed the expectations. This time we took the middle menu: Nova, since last year we took the more complete one and barely could finish it. Excellent combination of local food with sophisticated culinary techniques. This time i took pictures. Will come back again soon.
