Great food! The waitress was super nice to us, helping us in deciding what to get and the amounts (without her guidance, we would have order way too much for 2!). The Bonito Tataki was incredible!!! Owners Marcos and Patri are incredible humble, down to earth, yet inventive and audacious chefs, who create dishes based on great produce. Come sit at the chef’s bar/table, get the fixed menu and be surprised with fish, meat, sauce and vegetable combinations that will take your taste buds to a different orbit. Get a local Galician wine. Take advantage of your front row seat and chat with chefs and other kitchen staff, while enjoying watching dish preparation and learning from these food artists. When I come back to Vigo, I’ll definitely dine at Enxebre.
