Food was incredible. Although waiting 15 minutes for a table is was worth it regardless. You see why it gets so busy! A few dishes I recommend which I had include the Roast chicken Croquettes. As well as the Carmilo sandwich which was so fresh. Furthermore, the OYSTERS. They were the best oysters I’ve ever had without a doubt as well as also being the largest.

We were there right when they opened and were able to get a seat easily, but it gets busy quickly. Excellent service and English speaking staff if needed. My wife thought the eel stew was among the best dishes she’s ever had. We both loved the razor clams. Everything was delicious!

We go there often for brunch (almuerzo valenciano) I loved their bocadillos! If it’s your first time, try the signature one, it’s pretty good!
The bar is has limited seat as it’s inside Mercado Central. You might have to wait a long line, so make sure to put your name on the list, and you can come back later :)

We enjoyed the food there. The fried artichoke and dip was very delicious! The tomato salad went very nicely with the fried artichoke dish. The sandwich with chicken and the fried egg on top was a winner. We would go back there again for tapas.

This is a very good market restaurant. The  chef is well renowned, and all of his dishes were very good. There used to be typically a long wait and a quick turn. The fast turnover us a bit atypical in Spain. The cava and wine was very good, and paired well with all dishes. The chicken croquettes were excellent. The oxtail was very flavorful but very fatty. Order the bread if you order the oxtail because the gravy is the best part. The rabbit was also good, but wasn’t my favorite as it used to be typically more juicy in Spain. Overall, good, but expensive for a market restaurant and I prefer Bar X.
