Nice space, like eating in a library.  I had the Stifler's Mother burger and it was very good, they like bake the burger.   Best in the world, maybe not, but I was more than happy with the meal.  It was crowded, even for a weeknight

Amazing selection of burgers in a really cool American style setting. The atmosphere reminds us of US universities like Harvard and every detail was so well curated. We got two world selected burgers of 2021 and 2024 which tasted great alongside sweet potato fries.

Had a fabulous meal here while visiting Valencia on holiday. Started with the nachos which were absolutely smashing, home made tortilla chips. Got the cheeseburger and the Jonny Drama which were both SOOOO GOOOD, had to roll out of the restaurant. Alejandra looked after us and she was amazing would definitely recommend.

One of the best food discoveries in Valencia. Hundred Burgers serve some of the best burgers I've ever had. My favorite is the Stiffler's Mom burger, and the Lotus cheesecake is simply amazing. The sides are also great.

The restaurant is located in a former library, and the interior is very stylish. All the dishes perfectly match the setting—cups, plates, utensils, etc.

The staff is professional and friendly.

Be sure to book a table on their website in advance; otherwise, you probably won’t get a seat.
