The mother village of Paella, El Palmar (surrounded by rice fields and consists of literally one long street), hosts quite a few exquisite paella restaurants. Choose whichever really (most are really good), but I highly recommend this local favorite. Just skip on the “cream de arroz” (super sweet rice liquor) and you’ll have a lovely time.
