We stopped here on our way to Southern Spain. Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. The parking garage was easy to find, but a little bit small for not small cars. Check in was easy and room was very comfortable, we got an upgrade to a greater room and to an upper floor. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant. Overall a great experience.

This hotel is close to everything with many restaurants and coffee bars. The underground parking lot is in the hotel. No issues in parking.  The room is very clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great every morning with lots of selection. We would do definately return.

Rooms are beautiful and the hotel has a modern vibe, with a friendly staff. Unfortunately, the climate control system would not cool the room, and there was far too much street noise to open the window. Engineers were quickly dispatched to our room. They acknowledged the system was new and this problem was known to the engineering staff. They did not volunteer whether the root cause was determined nor if a solution had been identified.

The hotel then graciously moved us to a new room, but it had the same problem!

Another shortfall was the grossly inadequate wifi signal. Data throughput speed was extremely slow on my tablet and zero on my phone.

Otherwise, the hotel seemed fine, with great potential. This review is based on my actual observations, not on expectations for future improvements. If management is able to address these two serious flaws, I expect I could improve the rating significantly should I return for another stay.

First I want to say how great the staff and the common areas of the hotel were. We were in room 214 and checked out 8/31.

After checking in and letting the room cool down a bit, we noticed the room was extraordinarily humid. It was so humid the bedding was wet. We reported it to the front desk and they sent someone up who said the AC just needed to be on the lowest setting and the room would dry out. The room never got cold or dry so we reported it the next morning. They sent someone to the room while we were out for the day and when the room still wouldn't dry out they provided a fan. The fan didn't help dry the bedding out, but did make it easier to sleep in the wet bedding. By the time we checked out our clothes in our suitcase were also damp.

Although the staff attempted to be helpful I wanted to submit this review because I think that level of dampness could be unhealthy and cause medical issues. I recommend requesting a different room I'd you're assigned 214.

A Malaysian hotel management does not allow 60 people to stay with a reservation and with the agreement of the group manager to pay at reception before staying, because they are volunteers of the Dana and surely the management will kiss the hand of the government. I will never stay in a hotel chain that, even when paying, puts the brakes on people who are caring. You deserve the contempt of the hotel clientele.

Restaurangen på hotellet är mycket bra och läcker. Personalen och servicen är mycket vänliga och ganska snabba. Menyn erbjuder ett urval av måltider som passar alla smak.

Trevligt urval, bra kaffe. Mycket att välja från. Frukost urval och friskhet var utmärkt. Tänk alltid på att det inte finns någon standardiserad kontinentala och säkert ingen engelsk frukost i denna region

Tucked away hotell med så mycket att erbjuda Borta från den galna folkmassan erbjuder detta hotell något för alla, liten bijou restaurangupplevelse, bra service och vänlig personal. Ingenting är för mycket besvär och stor hjälp att hitta något alternativ för kvällen. Du måste få en CAB till gamla stan för en bra rundtur i staden men det här är billigt och inget problem. Maten är av god standard och presenteras snyggt, så om du inte vill ge dig ut så finns alla bekvämligheter här Rummen är ljusa och luftiga och smakfullt inredda Skulle rekommendera

Vi gillade restaurangen i sin roll som en billig bar i trädgården - terrassen. Efter en dag full av sol, vakna, cykla, sola och så vidare, och efter en god middag i några av de 3000 + restaurangerna över Valnecia satt vi för en cocktail eller alltför. Akta dig: Inte alla barmen kan göra en bra Pepino crush.

Restaurangen och baren ligger på första våningen. Det är ganska sprids ut och var inte upptagna när vi var där och du kan inte se baren från ju längre borden så det finns en knapp på varje bord för att frammana personalen. Det finns också en trevlig uteplats. Det finns ett antal intressanta valmöjligheter på menyn och vi njöt av båda middagarna vi hade där. Personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Hotel personalen mycket hjälpsam och talar bra engelska. Hyra en cykel och cykla överallt. Rummen moderna rena och fräscha. Området är lite tyst på natten men det finns några bra restauranger i närheten. Annars kommer du att behöva transport till centrum.
