I recently stayed at the Hotel Dimar for work and whilst quite far from the office, it was in a beautiful location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The rooms are lovely, very clean and spacious with an extremely comfortable bed, a desk and powers sockets where they are useful! The shower was great and the provided toiletries were lovely.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - I couldn't find the light switch for the toilet so the reception staff came up and helped me look - it took them a while to track it down too but then it was around the corner from the toilet so not in an obvious position.
The breakfast buffet contained a great variety but as usual in Europe, a little lacking in vegan options. There was however a lot of fruit and vegan milk options for cereal and coffee.
I'd definitely stay at this hotel again, even though the office is a 40 minute walk away, at least I get to see some of the city :)

The location is great and very walkable. The hotel and the room were modern, clean and had everything we needed. The front desk was the only service in the hotel we used and they were professional, nice, and effective. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star across the board was because of the construction noise as they are in the process of renovations currently. I did know this when I booked and it wasn't noise at all after day time working hours, but is was distracting if we were in the room resting in between activities during the day. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Dimar again in the future.

Daily service meant room was spotless every day. Staff on Reception were extremely helpful in providing local advice. Location was excellent. 15-20 minutes walking from lots of places of interest but also numerous bars, cafes, restaurants in immediate vicinity. We'll definitely be back

The room was well thought out and designed, with attention to detail for what travelers need and enjoy.   The location was on a busy street and very noisy 24 hours a day with sirens, motorcycles racing and dogs barking. I like to crack a window for some air but couldn't.  My fault for not researching location more thoroughly. Service was adequate.

Location was good. About 10mins from metro. Close to restaurants. Two bottles of water were provided each day.  Large thick bath towels,  and sheets changed every day.  Air-conditioning worked really well. Bathroom products were made available every day. Room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Bathtub was too deep to comfortably get into. Elderly couples would have great difficulty getting into bathtub to have a shower. Shower floor was quite slippery & there was nothing to hold onto to either get into the bathtub or to get out of it. Water splashed out onto the floor which made it slippery & difficult to safely get out of it. It was a safety issue. When we arrived we had been travelling for quite some time & needed a glass of water. Upon asking for one we were told we had to purchase a bottle for 2 euros. We were disappointed that a courtesy glass of water was not made available at the time. The reception staff answered our questions, but could have been a little more friendly and informative. The quality of the coffee & tea in the room was exceptionally poor for a 4 star hotel. It was the awful powdery stuff that is tasteless & would have thought nobody uses anymore!
