Food was amazing, true Sardinian as far as I can tell!

The melted cheese is a sin worth committing, and the burrata with Shrimps is the most innovative and tasty burrata I've ever tasted. The Ragu pasta was delicious too, highly recommended.

Couple minor things to improve:
1. Noise - it's too noisy inside, but I know they just ordered sound absorbing panels, so that should help!
2. The carpaccio was served way too cold

We had a wonderful meal here a few days ago with a group of six of us. It was good out so we had to sit inside which was very noisy- which is my only comment.
The food was delicious and the cartas di musica - spectacular! I could have eaten the entire plate- ours was with smoked tuna. Perfecto. We also shared the burrata salad and mixed greens- both wonderful.
I ordered their sopa de mariscos - it was a huge portion which I would have split if I had known. Very delicious soup although I would have liked a bit more seafood in mine. In all fairness - We had a lot of food so I think it was a job to keep it all going smoothly and many of us ordered the soup.
Service was friendly and professional and we enjoyed the wonderful wines as well.
All in all a great place for an authentic Sardinian meal. We will be back, for sure.

We went on a Friday night. The restaurant is small / quaint. I think they usually have outdoor seating but because of the rain, there were no outdoor tables. Service was decent but unfortunately, food was terrible. It seemed like they were understaffed that night so maybe it's usually better.

As Italian food lovers, we were really excited to try this place given the amazing reviews but it was quite disappointing in the end. The appetisers were average. The two pastas we ordered were one dimensional in flavor - you could only taste the low quality tomato sauce.

We also ordered a seafood soup that was so salty we had to send it back for the chef to fix. They did try to fix it (still too salty) but then brought it back and suggested that we were wrong for saying it was salty.

Overall, really disappointed in the food quality, especially given the price. I hope the owners will take this feedback to heart rather than commenting on why my expectations are incorrect (as I've seen them do on several other poor reviews).

Excellent place with fantastic food, great service, very cosy atmosphere both inside and out. Ran by a Sardinian-Columbian couple who nourish the heart of this place with love and a heartfelt passion for great cooking. Dishes involve age-old Italian grandma’s recipes combined with contemporary influences and deliver an amazingly tasteful experience. Go eat here, you won’t be disappointed.

Jag har ätit på den här restaurangen sedan den öppnade för ungefär sju år sedan, och nu ser jag Improntas är # 15 på Valenca Secretas "50 bästa restauranger i Valencia List". Felicidades, Salvatorina - välförtjänt. Salvatorina, kocken - ägare, från Sardinien, är en älskling och är stolt över varje maträtt. Hon ändrar ofta menyn genom att lägga till nya recept för sina sardiska stamgäster. Hennes mamma gör ofta speciella pasta. Fisksoppan är fantastisk men de nya rätterna är svåra att missa. första besök för min italienska flickvän och jag, och vi kommer säkert att upprepa. Kvaliteten på disken var mycket hög, det verkade som om vi satt i en restaurang på Sardinien i stället för Valencia. Vi gjorde vad vi alltid tycker bäst på sådana restauranger där kocken är en äkta 100% sardinsk dam med stor kärlek och passion för sina smaker hemma, vi följde hennes förslag. Vi började med en antipasto tallrik med typiska sardiska produkter, ost, skinka och konserver var alla fantastiska, barr ingen. Det fanns ingenting på plattan som var vanligt eller hade smakats tidigare. Vi hade en flaska Vermentino självklart som följde allt vackert. Till att börja med hade vi två typer av hemlagad pasta, en potatis och örtfylld pasta med en tomatsås och ricotta och kronärtskocka ravioli i ett doftat smör, både exxellent. För huvud hade vi huset speciellt, det är inte på menyn och inte alltid tillgängligt, de stewed fläsk revbenen med potatismos, vad kan jag säga, bara se till att du lämnar plats för denna baby eftersom det är mycket bra. Dessert, vi gick för 3 att dela, en typisk jätte stekt raviolo fylld med citron infuserad ost i drizzled i honung, en tiramisu och en varm choklad lava-liknande tårta toppad med vaniljglass. Måltiden slutade med kaffe, limoncello och småkakor vi kallar "honungringar" där jag kommer från vilka är små semolina bakverkpaket fyllda med svart honung kryddad med apelsinblommande vatten och apelsinskinn och andra smaskiga saker. Totalt sett en riktigt trevlig måltid. Högsta kvalitet och privata medelvärde på 31 euro per person inklusive viner och kaffe.

Öppet i början av 2017 är denna stora lilla plats en familjedrivet Trattoria som specialiserat sig på sardisk mat. Välkommen är mycket vänlig och ägarna är mycket passionerad om maten. Vi har verkligen haft våra måltider; Pastan är gjord i lokalerna och såserna är mycket välsmakande. Trots framträdanden finns det vissa sittplatser inuti såväl som på trottoaren.

Att spendera helgen i Valencia vi besökte 2 gamla favoriter och den nya plats i Ruzaffa. Detta är en sardisk restaurang och den maten var mycket trevlig, väl presenterat och välsmakande. Vi hade båda Bruschetta, som konstigt nog spelar, det verkade att vara gjort med en Poppadom, men kan ha varit en sardisk bröd, som vet. I alla händelser skall tomaterna var fräscha och berömde bröd. Jag hade Linguine med musslor, vilket var i en mycket trevlig sås och min partner hade Lamm kotletter med stekt potatis, som var underbar. Vi satte oss utanför vilket var inte den mest intima men servicen var bra. Improntas är väl värt ett besök.

Det unga paret som öppnade denna restaurang i januari 2017 är mellan regionen Sardinien och tweaked deras menyer lite. Så även om du kommer att känna igen med maten, it is just lite annorlunda. Maten och servicen är väl förberedda, med hjärtat. Vi hade en flaska av sardinska vin som var väl valt och mycket bra. Restaurangen är tvärs över gatan från det Mercat Rusafa, en av Valencias bäst - känd råvaror och livsmedelsmarknader - värt ett besök i sig.
