From the moment we arrived at SH Valencia Palace, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was impressively smooth and fast, allowing us to start our vacation without any delays. The rooms were not only spacious but also maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment for our stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone looking to explore Valencia, situated conveniently to enjoy the city's sights and sounds. Another highlight was the parking facility which provided direct access to the hotel, adding an extra layer of convenience to our visit.

The room - nice, clean, modern. Walls are a bit thin though, I could hear the neighbor snoring at night. But it didn't bother me much. The bathroom products are great!

The interior of the hotel is beautiful. Plenty of space in the lobby, too. Working desks available as well.

My only criticism is towards the staff in the breakfast room (often chatting and laughing with each other in groups, quite loudly over the room) and who I met in the corridors, who don't smile and thus seem a bit arrogant. It takes so little extra to make us feel welcome: just a kind smile! The front desk was different, they seemed sincerely smiling and trying to make you feel good. Just a suggestion for the management: a good customer service training for breakfast and cleaning staff would raise your hotel rating significantly.

Very good location in Valencia.  Bus station in front of the door. Easy access to beach, city centre and airport.  The breakfast is good with fresh fruits.  Room and shower are good. But hotel feels more 4 star then 5 star. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and valencia.

Great location, great size hotel,.inconsistent with prices in the bar.  I would like the bar to open earlier than 10.30.  The pool water was often dirty looking - even in the morning the water did not look clean, I never saw it being cleaned on our stay for 10 days which was a pity as it stopped us from going there.   The hotels bathroom products were AMAZING, unfortunately they did not sell them.  The fragrance they had in the reception and hallway was amazing - I want it in my home!  Great stay overall and would return if the pool was cleaner

I can't believe how frustrating the staff in this hotel are. It's been months and I'm still annoyed at the smug jerks who run the reception months later. Horrible experience and I will never stay in Valencia again after the way I was treated.  Ruined what I thought was going to be a 5-star experience with a 1-star view of a back alley and a "suite" that was 2 regular rooms jammed together with a toilet in between. Great location, but not worth it.
