We had a very nice cena at Xanglot last night. I liked that it was a Michelin quality experience without the pretense. We had the degusta menu without the wine pairing. Each of the several dishes was excellent. We also enjoyed the service which was helpful, kind and non-pretentious.

Amazing, amazing, amazing.
We had the small tasting menu with wine pairing, and it was all extremely delicious. Their senses with flavoring was an experience to be lived! The only downside: The service of food was a bit too fast for us, not once did we manage to actually finish the wine paired to the dish.

This place should get a Michelin star! The food is amazing and the service is great, with very friendly people. If you get the menu with accompanying wine you will float away on a cloud by the end of the evening.

Beautiful restaurant and even better food.  The experience was wonderful.  We had the Degusta menu with wine pairing which was dead on match.  You will not be disappointed.  The chef was wonderful and a true artist in her craft. It is an intimate space, run by family and made to share with loved ones.  Do not leave Valencia without experiencing this little gem.
