Vi gick till Winning Post på baksidan av det är en Nottingham Forest supporter vänlig pub som vi ville ta i Crystal Palace matchen. När vi gick in på puben såg det lovande ut eftersom en Forest banner satt på väggen, men även om spelet inte hade startat hade de flesta skärmarna Horse Racing som jag tyckte var bisarrt eftersom så vitt jag kunde se ingen var uppmärksam på det, fortsatte de flesta skärmarna inne på puben att visa Racing när spelet startade. När spelet till slut lades på huvudskärmarna utanför är kvalitén på bilden väldigt dålig på båda stora skärmarna, jag skulle starkt rekommendera att hitta en Sportsbar som har skärmar med betydligt bättre skärpa, skärmarna är i behov av att bytas ut ASAP då kvalitén förstörde första halvleken för oss så vi gick vidare. Puben själv är ren, serverar typisk pub mat, vi hade Posh Fish Finger Sandwich och Fishcakes med chips & ärtor, inte säker på vad som var posh om fisk finger smörgås, brödet var kvar och fishcakes var inte den mest smakfulla så definitivt inte skulle vara vårt första val. Jag skulle säga ge baren ett besök och bestämma dig själv, om du vill titta på ett Forest spel titta någon annanstans tills skärmarna uppdateras.

Vi har varit här mycket ofta som bor nära men gick det att ta en drink och satsade vi bad om ett vin och lemonad som vanligt men skulle inte ge det vi var tvungna att betala för en burk separat sedan en annan kund kom in och de satte lemonad i det dricka när jag klagade de var inte trevligt också eftersom min man var förvirrad de inte ge honom någon förändring från 10 € så vi definitivt inte någonsin gå dit igen

Har varit här förut för mat, vilket var underbart. Kom tillbaka idag för att titta på några lopp och lägga några spel och det verkar som om personalen antingen inte vill vara här eller inte vill att någon annan ska vara här🤣. Kom faktiskt på trip advisor för att se om någon annan märkte detta om personalen och var inte besviken. I en resort helt full av härliga pubar, skulle jag rekommendera någon annanstans än här.

The Winning Post är en väletablerad pub som har funnits i åratal, en snygg pub, interiören är superb, ljus och luftig, stora skärmar för att njuta av sporten och massor av sittplatser spridda över hela denna pub, det är bara en riktigt bra pub att varva ner i. Vi var här en vacker och mycket varm juni eftermiddag, vi beställde flaskor Mahou grönt öl ( Mahou - San Miguel Brewery ) och dessa serverades i utmärkt skick är iskall och mousserande och vi bara lutade oss tillbaka och tog i den stora baren vi var i medan vi smuttade på våra öl. Ett stort fan av denna mest berömda Spanska öl, en gyllene, humle lager stil öl sprängfylld med smak och mycket lätt att dricka speciellt när den serveras iskall som i denna bar, det var bara så bra att vara i en sådan härlig bar njuta av en kvalitet brygd och satt med min tvillingbror, bästa öl följeslagare i världen. Vi båda njöt verkligen av våra öl här inne innan vi gick vidare och även om vårt besök var bara flyktigt hade vi en bra tid , det är en bar lätt att lokalisera längs Calle Gerona, en gata och område kryllar av pubar, barer, kaféer och restauranger. Väl värt att kolla in om du är i området eller planerar en semester till Benidorm.

Det här stället har en mycket populär plats att gå till. Sprit är billigt, maten är ok och det är en bookmakers (de är mycket få och långt mellan i Benidorm). Det som gör det svårt i brist på atmosfär. Det är mycket uppenbart att personalen inte vill vara där, de var inte mycket välkomnande och hade aldrig ett leende eller något trevligt att säga till någon. Få mig inte ens att börja med den fräcka kissen som tar vaden.
