I regret, every time I get an hamburger anywhere in the world, to have eaten here because now no other hamburger lives up to the standard of those ones. Best smash hamburger that I ever had, rich of flavours and greasy as it's supposed to be. Only bad thing that happened is that they run out of some ingredients (we ate here on a day with a lot of tourists affluence and it was after the peak time) but they anyway managed to serve us wonderful hamburgers.
Eating them on the benches near by is part of the food experience and I can't be thankful enough for it.

En mer eller mindre religiös upplevelse, fast bättre! Visst satt vi på en parkering och åt men det kändes som att vara i en smashkatedral. Grabbarna kan verkligen flippa burgare, tvillingkötten var saftiga men samtidigt med precis lagom karamelliserad stekyta. Jag tyckte banne mig höra en änglakör sjunga när jag tog de första tuggorna. Salt och peppar samarbetade i total harmoni. Löken måste varit odlad på Edens trädgård så god som den var. Ett sista ord... Halleluja!

A more or less religious experience, but better! Of course we sat in a parking lot and ate, but it felt like being in a smash cathedral. The boys can really flip burgers, the twin meats were juicy but at the same time with just the right amount of caramelized roasting surface. I thought I heard a choir of angels singing when I took the first bites. Salt and pepper worked together in total harmony. The onion must have been grown in the Garden of Eden as good as it was. One last word... Hallelujah!
