We were 16 people up at the blue Lagoon swimming enjoying the wonderful environment. I took the quick drive down to the taco bar to what ace pleasant surprise we all should’ve come to sit there but we did takeaways and the food was delicious really authentic and the beautiful Open guide restaurant as well as the staff were delight. I’ll visit to Gotland again next year. I hope they’re doing well. We dined in while they made tacos for our takeaway. The 19 year olds back at the Blå Lagoon loved the food.

Tacos “Påängen” is a unique food experience in the middle of an open field close to Kappelshamn. They are serving delicious traditional Mexican tacos. After a day on the beach or after an excursion it is perfect to stop at Påängen and eat their very tasty tacos with beef and lamb meet. Combine it with a classical Mexican drink. Parking is available just beside the restaurant. Restroom is also available on site. Don’t miss this unique experience, definitely worth a visit.

Cool little gem in the middle of nowhere. Service was great from the staff.
I do agree with other reviews. I would add that the guacamole feels bought rather than made. The consistency is very liquid like the one you buy in the supermarket.. Portions are too small too.
