Perfect and amazing service!!
We visited Bak & Upp in the beginning of August and after one and a half months I still felt like I need to come to comment here because the experience is such a good memory! The service was one of the best I have ever had! Atmosphere was relaxed and made us feel not rushed. The food tasted great and the portions were well planned. The milleu was also good with the little bit of a bird's eye view of the street. All in all, we were very satisfied and even more with our visit to Bak & Upp!

Under senare tid har jag noterat en trend inom servicebranchen där just service helt uteblivit.
Min recension bottnar lite i detta.
Gick hit då dom fått höga betyg och bilderna på maten såg bra ut.
Jag bad om råd från personalen som jobbade och blev rekommenderad varianten med pulled pork och en side med coleslaw.
Potatisen var helt ok men jag upplevde coleslaw som lite för krämig för min smak.
Det som nu gör att stället får en 5:a baseras på att personalen noterar att jag ätit väldigt lite av nämnda coleslaw samt erbjuder sig att ta bort den från notan då det var dem som rekommenderade den.
Sånt är snyggt och lyhört och tyvärr något som jag upplever mer sällan.

Recently, I have noticed a trend in the service industry where service has been completely absent.
My review is based a little on this.
Went here as they got high ratings and the pictures of the food looked good.
I asked for advice from the staff working and was recommended the version with pulled pork and a side with coleslaw.
The potatoes were perfectly ok but I found the coleslaw to be a bit too creamy for my taste.
What now makes the place get a 5 is based on the staff noting that I ate very little of said coleslaw and offering to remove it from the bill as they were the ones who recommended it.
That's nice and responsive and unfortunately something that I experience less often.

Vi tog varsin bakpotatis med skagenröra och en Cole slaw på sidan av. Det var väldigt gott, det var nästan att jag ville beställa en till, men jag var för mätt. Fint läge. Trevlig servitör!
