Great location, superb service and lovely rooms...
So why only 3 stars?
No English, well as good as none.
Menu there are a few words, but the Swedish version includes much more, for example wine to accompany each dish etc.
Cocktail tasting - no English at all
Wine tasting- no English at all.
On arrival there is no welcome pack or guide/suggestion where to start or plan your day.
I guess only Swedish and Danish guests are truly welcome here.
What a shame as it is a lovely place.
Just not for English.

We had a full package with breakfast, lunch and dinner including in the price.  Decent value since there are not much other opinions around the area.  The staff at the dinner should not be working in the food industry.  Kitchen staff did the food good. The waiters did their best to ruin the dining experience.  First night was decent, the second night was horrible.  Slow and confused.  From seating to be able to order anything 15 min waiting.  From clearing the table after starters 15 min. 15 min until a medium warm main course arrived.  Clearing the table after main course 20 min, and another 20 min waiting for the dessert. Waiting 40 minutes between dishes is not acceptable for a restaurant that claims to be high standards.  And it is a set menu and.
The location of the hotel is good and close to the beach.
When we were there they had a nice playroom for kids with activities and staff helping the kids.

The room was spacious even with a crib for our toddler. The bed was wide but was soft. The toilet was small and the flush can use abit more pressure.

I like their breakfast, has wide and good selection of food plus fresh orange juice. There is also an omellete station.

The hotel has lot of activities for kids and the spa where the kids are allowed is nice because the ocean is cold.

I like the hotel design, unique and beautifil. They have alot of pictures of roxette and others which are also for sale.

Attended a silent yoga with spa event. It was fantastic. Really enjoyed the yoga and the spa. Would definitely do this again. I love the art in this hotel and the setting is fantastic with views out from the spa to the sea.

Thank you to the incredibly friendly room keeping staff member who found me at the lobby when I left my headphones in the room - extraordinary to see someone get out of their way to prevent you from loosing valuables. I’m definitely going to come back when I visit Sweden again. Thanks!
