All about this hotel is really charming, the attention was really nice they are always up to help you, and also the food is good, I think that this hotel represents Price /quality… my personal congratulations to a guy on reception the best attention ever also professional, unfortunately I don’t know his name but I’m really happy with his service and hospitality… a real human representation of costumer service

The hotel was alright. I had somewhat a pleasant stay with my partner. Stayed from a Friday to Sunday. (Scroll down for summary)

Room: The room was spacious, but somewhat dusty. The bathroom door doesn’t close fully, so every time someone did their business (number 2) the whole room smelled horrible (bless the cleaning the ladies). I wish there was a safe so we could store our belongings (I don’t feel comfortable handing my belongings to the lobby).
HOWEVER… the most horrible thing about the room… was THE TOILET PAPER. It feels like sandpaper, seriously, my partner and I had the Sahara desert in our cracks (a bit too much information, but feedback is feedback). It was the worst feeling ever, I ended up having a scar down there. So, please get some softer and nicer toilet paper.

Service: The people in the lobby were nice, we did an early check in, and the procedure went fast. Pleasant lady (the brunette lady). I really like her. I had no idea what she was saying, but I kept nodding.

THE LOBBY:  OH MY DAYS, it’s beautiful! HOWEVER, why is there so many people that drink at 14:30????? And from 14:30 to 24:00 ITS PACKED (don’t worry, you’re still able to exit the hotel). You’ll see people drinking everywhere at this time, and around 16:00 there’s music blasting (do not worry, couldn’t hear anything in my room since I stayed a few floors above).
NOW, I’m a person that loves reading with a nice cup of cafe latte… but guess what.. the barista is open from 14:30, and guess what happens at 14:30.

Now, I could just rot in my room and read my books in there) I can’t, I just end up falling asleep in the comfy bed), or I could find a coffee shop (no, some of coffee shops nearby aren’t that good).

SO… I have some solutions for this little issue:
1. Have the coffee barista open a bit earlier
2. Get a coffee machine that doesn’t only dispense coffee or hot water. (the oat milk and the coffee nearby the lobby tastes… sour.. perhaps it was the oat milk).
3. INCASE OF A RENOVATION… separate the bar and the lobby far apart from each other.

Location: It’s decent, had a taste of the surrounding restaurants… I don’t recommend.. unless you like the bland food. For those that LOVE flavour.. eat at the restaurant at the hotel, the food is a 4.5/5 (quite pricey). I order some brioche bread, egg, and meat (the bread was BURNT, charcoal burnt, impossible to cut through - burnt). Luckily, the chef made a new plate, and the food just tasted like heaven. The chef was so nice and sweet.

ORDERING FOOD ONLINE: So, we ordered food online at NOR (the restaurant in the hotel). It says the food takes 30-45 minutes to make (all the time) please fix this because the waitress got annoyed that we didn’t pick up our food 20 minutes ago.. even though website said there was 5 minutes left. NOW, if this is STILL the issue.. I recommend waiting 20-25 minutes.

The breakfast buffet: It’s decent, good food, nice food. Somewhat different varieties. However, there is so many leftover boiled eggs… Perhaps, have more egg dishes (not saying you have to, but it’s just an option).

I had a terrible time due to illness of my children, spouse and myself. The hotel staff were absolutely accommodating and brilliant. I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it.

It’s been a wonderful experience. I stay 2 nights here and the stuff was friendly and helpful, one girl yet stood by more than the rest , I think her name is Zoe and her profesionalism was outstanding, always ready to help and acomodate your needs, simply amazing. Totally recommend it
