They will quote you a price one day and the next give you a totally new price. I was told it would be between 300-400 to rent skis for the day Wednesday evening and on Thursday morning I was charged 460. And they don't let you store your boots there. I'd recommend going somewhere else.

I pre ordered my skis online. Very quick and nice service when I got there. Located right next to a funicular so you can get right to skiing.

Great shop, but the best thing is the staff. We have been in touch with 3 different members of staff in the last 6 months, and their knowledge, help and attitude to service is outstanding. Thanks for fixing my snowboard yesterday and making it better than it was before, and for giving us tips on buying a really good snowboard last Summer. Couldn't recommend this place more!

They are knowledgeable and help you get what you need. However they seem to be a bit understaffed leading to long-ish queue times, and they also don't seem to adhere to the queuing system (people who randomly happen to be in the area of a counter or get the attention of one of the staff get serviced first). The placement is good, a short walk from the tracks, but it would have been nice if they were a bit closer and higher up in the terrain so that you could ski down from the shop to the lifts and from the tracks to the shop so that you don't have to haul heavy down-hil skiing equipment around.

DH bike hiring went well, I got clear, detailed instructions how the procedure works and good tips for biking as an bike park rookie. Bike  was ok as well, might need new brakepads though after my slow descents.
