Ich war schon an vielen Orten, aber dieser ist im Herbst atemberaubend.  Ich war im Oktober,  am Wochenende hier allein auf den Routen unterwegs. Allerdings musste ich weiter vorn parken,  ich hatte keine QR App. Ich hätte gerne bezahlt,  aber mein Handy hatte schlechten Empfang! Ich hätte auch 3Euro irgendwo eingeworfen!😅 Ich habe noch nie irgendwo in Schweden bezahlen müssen, was aber in Deutschland Standard ist.

I've been to many places but this one is breathtaking in the fall.  I was here alone on the routes on the weekend in October. However, I had to park further ahead because I didn't have a QR app. I would have liked to pay, but my cell phone had poor reception! I would have thrown in 3 euros somewhere!😅 I've never had to pay anywhere in Sweden, which is standard in Germany.

Fin vandringsled vid sjöar och forsar! Ställvis ganska blött led och det kan vara lite svårgånget om man inte är van vandrare. Leden är sju kilometer och problemet är att det är väldigt lång omväg mellan parkeringarna vid start och mål. Enklast är nog att vandra fram och tillbaka om man inte har tillgång till två bilar.

Nice hiking trail by lakes and rapids! Quite a wet path in places and it can be a bit difficult if you are not used to hiking. The trail is seven kilometers and the problem is that there is a very long detour between the car parks at the start and finish. The easiest is probably to walk back and forth if you don't have access to two cars.

Ein toller Ort zum Angeln,Wandern,Baden oder auch einfach nur zum Entspannen.

Forsaleden utanför Östersund gör skäl för sitt namn; man passerar ett antal forsar, vattenfall och trappforsar. Det är bitvis lite oländigt men överlag lätt vandring över stigar och spångar. Lätt att gå fel vid den största forsen, man ska inte passera förbi broarna när man ska till parkeringen vid Åkerviken! Föredömligt många utedass placerade längs med leden samt några grill- och rastplatser.

Forsaleden outside Östersund lives up to its name; you pass a number of rapids, waterfalls and stair rapids. It is a bit rugged in places, but overall an easy hike over paths and ledges. Easy to go wrong at the biggest rapid, you shouldn't pass the bridges when going to the parking lot at Åkerviken! An exemplary number of outdoor sheds placed along the trail as well as some barbecue and rest areas.
