Såå vi besökte NÓR i Jönköping! Detta var bland det godaste vi ätit!! Till förrätt tog vi potatiskaka, med Västerbottensost, löjrom, crème fraiche, rödlök, gräslök, dill och citron. Till huvudrätt tog vi bakad röding med svartrot, äpple, gurka, gräslök, citronette, dill, forellrom, potatispuré & vitvinssås med messmör! Vi tog även iberico gris med pommes firites, bearnaisesås och tomatsallad. Till efterrätt tog vi Butterschotch pudding med brunost, rostade pecannötter, vispad créme fraîche och toffeesås. Allt var så himla gott och fullträffar rent smak och utseende mässigt! Även miljön och intredningen var så fin! Hit kommer vi att åka igen, helt klart!!
