Perfect atmosphere and service by the sea. Amazing views and location. Couldn't ask for a better restaurant location on Öland. Perfect cocktails.

Overall would have been 5 stars if the food was better. It was overall good but not all great. The flavours were good especially the raw beef (which way too small a portion at 189 kr we ordered it twice).

The chips starter and the panko chicken were most memorable for me. The curry pork flavoured with chip like taco was not that good.

Overall there was too much mayo on all dishes. Seemed like all the dishes I got on the omakase  (6 course) featured mayo. Also the dishes with the dried small noodles and dried chip taco were all way too chewy that it didn't go well with the food.

Room for improvements but I would still come back and recommend this place.

Here is awesome.. I have no idea how come it was amazing.  I like the way chef made Halloumi cheese 🥰🥰 but all of the food here delicious ..it is soooooo fantastic

To start of I want to say that the restaurant looks beautiful and based on what other people posted here I assume the food is great.
We are tourist from another country and unfortunately had no idea the restaurant is that popular so you have to book it earlier. I guess it was quite easy to catch since we spoke English that we did not know about the popularity of this place. We are not locals. Not even close. When we came on bikes to Djupvik we saw the restaurant and decided to eat something instead of cooking. When we came there my boyfriend asked if there is a free table, and one member of staff (maybe a manager) said that they are fully booked, which is totally fine we get it. It happens. But I do recommend to use a nicer tone. And maybe stop looking at your potential guests like they are worse. I get it - you can be tired of working but does that really mean you can look people up and down? We had the same money as others and we were ready to leave them there :)
We are on bike tour, we do not have dresses and suits ;).
(Please notice: we are not the couple with a baby that was there also at that moment)

Great location, creative concept, attentive service - yet, in 2022 reality is far from the idea. Too much stuff on the plates, thick sauces cover everything, there are nuts, crumbles, flowers. No ingredient has space to shine. The oven sellery was well done, the rest just stays behind. My advice: reduce and be more ambitious.

Sunday burger bonanza. Super quick, we got our food within minutes of ordering. Burgers looked good but were tasteless. Not bad, just very bland. Staff was helpful and nice although not super attentive. Nice view and plenty of outdoor seating.
